I started collect beer coasters in the 90ies. My interest in beer started with a bottle of Aass Amber, a Norwegian beer. Before that, beer was just beer. In the 90's I started exploring the rich tastes of different beers. In 1998 I made a journey to visit all Swedish breweries, at the time I was 28. I got a lot of gifts during my visits and that was the start of collecting Breweriana. When I moved to a new home I had too many things. I made the decision to only collect something small, namely coasters.

I collect all the world but Sweden is my first priority. I do like to find non-Swedish coasters with some connection to Sweden like a company's origin, music with Swedish roots/affiliation or anything Swedish at all.

When it come to motifes I especially like snakes, birds and animals drinking beer.
